about

Most of you know Vint Cerf as one of the fathers of the internet, as well as vice president and Chief Internet Evangelist for Google. But Vint Cerf is also the co-founder of Innovations For Jobs, together with i4j CEO, David Nordfors.

In fact, there are many, many interesting and cool things I could tell you about Vint Cerf, and this is one of the reasons I made a separate Heart of Tech podcast series with just Vint Cerf. Follow the link bellow to hear Vint Cerf talking about one of his big passions: Wine and wine making. As well as about the danger of finding ourselves lost somewhere between the collective unconscious and the collective Alzheimer’s.

lyrics

"The 2018 Innovation for jobs summit is focused on understanding how people bring value to our society and our economy. Historically we've only measured this value by their financial contributions -GDP, GNI, etc. As David [Nordfors] has pointed out, there are other metrics of value that we should include in our assessment of people's place and utility in our society."
